Assistant Director role in Retail (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Assistant Director to join our dynamic team in Kochi. This role is crucial for driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence within our retail network. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of retail dynamics, coupled with a Master's degree in Technology (M.Tech) and 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Director in developing and implementing strategic plans for retail operations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee project management for new store openings, renovations, and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Marketing, to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
- Develop and present detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Manage budgets and resource allocation for assigned projects.
- Contribute to the development and mentoring of junior team members.
