Assistant Jewellery Designer (Noida)

Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and analytically minded Assistant Jewellery Designer with 2-3 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our innovative team in Noida. This role requires a unique blend of design sensibility and business acumen to contribute to the conceptualization and development of unique jewellery pieces, aligning with market trends and brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of new jewellery collections, from concept to final product.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in jewellery design, materials, and consumer preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand product positioning and target audience.
- Develop detailed design specifications, including sketches, 3D models, and material requirements.
- Prepare business cases and financial projections for new product lines, leveraging MBA/PGDM knowledge.
- Liaise with artisans and manufacturers to ensure designs are executed to quality standards and within budget.
- Contribute to brand storytelling and marketing collateral development through design insights.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform future design directions.
