Assistant Maintenance Head - FMCG Sector

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Assistant Maintenance Head to join our FMCG operations in Ludhiana. This role is ideal for a Diploma holder with 2-3 years of experience in plant and machinery maintenance within a manufacturing environment. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all plant equipment and machinery, minimizing downtime, and supporting the overall maintenance strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all production machinery and utilities.

Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and implement timely repairs.

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with machinery and coordinate with technicians for repairs.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment history.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance operations.

Support in the procurement of spare parts and consumables for the maintenance department.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce operational costs.
