Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager with 1-3 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will support the management in various operational and analytical tasks within the Metals & Mining sector. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for operational efficiency and performance metrics.
Support the development and implementation of new processes and systems.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and information exchange.
Manage and maintain databases and ensure data integrity.
Prepare presentations and reports for management review.
Assist in project management activities as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
