Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Assistant Manager with a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) and 2-4 years of experience to join our growing IT Services & Consulting startup in Kochi. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between user needs, business objectives, and technological solutions, ensuring our service offerings are user-centric and innovative. You will contribute to enhancing user experience across our digital products and services, and support the strategic design initiatives of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to gather insights and identify areas for improvement in digital products and services.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and engaging design solutions, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
- Contribute to the development of design systems, style guides, and best practices to maintain consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
- Analyze industry trends and emerging technologies in design and IT services to propose innovative solutions.
- Support the creation of design documentation, including user flows, journey maps, and personas.
- Assist in the presentation and communication of design concepts to internal teams and clients.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative and creative team environment.
