Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our IT Services team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a strong understanding of IT project lifecycles and a passion for driving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, testing, operations) to facilitate seamless project delivery.
Support in resource allocation, task management, and progress tracking for project teams.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the IT services department.
Prepare project status reports and present them to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues as they arise.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
