Assistant Manager, Operations

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our growing operations team. This role will support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily production, managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the smooth execution of print and publishing projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the printing industry, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the management of production schedules and workflows.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers for timely material replenishment.
• Ensuring quality control standards are met throughout the production process.
• Supporting the Operations Manager in team supervision and training.
• Assisting in process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role, preferably in printing or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of printing processes and publishing workflows is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
