Role Summary: Seeking a dynamic and analytical Assistant Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our Power Supply and Distribution team within the Defence & Aerospace sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their MBA/PGDM to contribute to strategic planning, operational efficiency, and resource management related to power systems and distribution networks crucial for our defence projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of power supply and distribution strategies for defence projects.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for power solutions within the aerospace and defence industry.
- Support the development of business cases and financial models for new power infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for power-related initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations on power supply and distribution performance and market trends for senior management.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement in power management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
