Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and organized Assistant Producer to support our content creation and production team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of various marketing and advertising projects, ensuring they align with Chumbak's brand vision and objectives. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the pre-production process, including script breakdown, scheduling, and budget tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, social media) and external vendors/agencies.
- Support on-set or in-studio production activities, ensuring smooth operations.
- Manage post-production tasks, including coordinating with editors, sound designers, and visual effects artists.
- Help maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Contribute creative ideas and feedback during brainstorming sessions.
- Organize and maintain production assets and documentation.
- Assist with talent coordination and communication.
