Assistant Producer

Role Summary: The Assistant Producer will support the production team in managing and executing various projects within the real estate development lifecycle. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery, with a focus on marketing and communication aspects of our developments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities for real estate projects.
- Support the creation and dissemination of project-related content, including brochures, presentations, social media updates, and website content.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, photographers, videographers, and other vendors for content production.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for assigned tasks.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform production strategies.
- Assist in organizing site visits, events, and client presentations.
- Prepare reports and presentations on production progress and outcomes.
- Liaise with sales, marketing, and project management teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
