You will support senior producers in managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring all legal and contractual obligations are met while contributing to the creative vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior producers in the planning, scheduling, and execution of production projects.
• Review and ensure compliance with all relevant legal documentation, contracts, and intellectual property rights.
• Liaise with legal counsel and external stakeholders to resolve any contractual or compliance issues.
• Conduct legal research relevant to project requirements, including copyright, trademark, and privacy laws.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with creative teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project workflow.
• Prepare and maintain production documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
