This role is ideal for professionals with 2-4 years of experience, possessing an LLB degree, and a passion for legal education within the corporate and industrial sector. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering high-quality legal instruction, developing curriculum, and contributing to the academic and professional development of our employees, particularly focusing on areas relevant to the leather industry's operational and compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lectures and practical training sessions on various legal topics, including corporate law, contract law, intellectual property, labor law, and compliance regulations pertinent to the Indian business environment, with a specific focus on the leather industry.
- Design and update course materials, syllabi, and assessment methods to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to participants, fostering critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends to ensure curriculum remains current and impactful.
- Contribute to research and scholarly activities as required.
- Assist in the organization of legal workshops, seminars, and guest lectures.
