Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Store Manager with 1-3 years of experience and a B.Pharma degree to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, inventory management, and ensuring efficient stock flow within our building material distribution center. This role requires a strong understanding of operational procedures and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and dispatching of building materials.
- Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor stock movement and identify discrepancies, reporting them to the Store Manager.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of materials to optimize space and accessibility.
- Support in maintaining a safe and clean working environment within the store/warehouse.
- Assist in the implementation of store policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager on procurement and replenishment of stock.
- Generate reports on inventory status, stock movement, and other operational metrics.
- Leverage B.Pharma knowledge for meticulous record-keeping and adherence to any specific material handling protocols.
