Assistant Store Manager

Role Summary: The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of a Zoomcar pickup/drop-off hub, ensuring customer satisfaction, efficient vehicle management, and team performance. This role is crucial for maintaining the operational excellence and growth of our urban mobility services.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the hub, including vehicle check-in/check-out, cleaning, and maintenance.

Ensure high levels of customer service and address customer queries and issues promptly.

Support the Store Manager in team supervision, training, and performance management.

Maintain accurate inventory of vehicles and ensure all vehicles are in good working condition.

Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

Assist in managing operational costs and optimizing resource allocation.

Contribute to achieving operational targets and KPIs.
