Assistant Store Manager

Role Summary:
As an Assistant Store Manager at Delhivery, you will be instrumental in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of our logistics hubs. You will help ensure efficient sorting, dispatch, and delivery of parcels, contributing to the overall success of our supply chain network. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily hub operations, including parcel sorting, loading, and unloading.

Supervise and guide a team of operational staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping of incoming and outgoing shipments.

Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize errors.

Address and resolve operational issues and customer concerns promptly.

Contribute to performance analysis and reporting for the hub.

Ensure compliance with all company safety regulations and government standards.
