Assistant Store Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Assistant Store Manager to support the efficient operations of our manufacturing facility's store and inventory management in Mumbai. This role is ideal for a recent LLB graduate with 1-3 years of experience looking to apply their analytical and organizational skills in a dynamic industrial environment. You will assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock levels, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the Store Manager in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials and equipment, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
- Maintain precise inventory records using the company's inventory management system.
- Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Support the Store Manager in managing stock levels, reordering supplies, and minimizing stockouts.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies within the store area.
- Assist in preparing reports on inventory status, stock movement, and potential issues.
- Liaise with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Handle documentation related to inventory transactions, including goods receipt notes and issue vouchers.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for store operations.
- Leverage legal understanding to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
