Assistant Store Manager (3-4 Yrs) | Hyderabad

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Store Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have an M.Pharma background, bringing a unique perspective on inventory management, quality control, and operational efficiency within a technically demanding environment. This role is crucial in supporting the smooth functioning of our store operations, ensuring timely procurement, storage, and dispatch of industrial automation components and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing all aspects of store operations, including inventory control, stocktaking, and record-keeping.

Ensure accurate receiving, warehousing, and distribution of industrial automation parts and materials.

Implement and maintain efficient store layouts and organization systems.

Adhere to quality control standards and safety regulations for all stored items.

Process purchase orders and manage supplier relationships.

Utilize inventory management software and systems for tracking and reporting.

Support the Store Manager in daily tasks and operational planning.

Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure data accuracy.

Assist in training and supervising store personnel.
