Associate / Consultant Job Opportunity - Software Product

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate / Consultant with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic Software Product team in Nasik. This role is ideal for individuals with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree who are looking to grow their career in the IT consulting and product development space. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business needs, contribute to product development lifecycle, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior consultants and project managers to understand project requirements and client needs.
• Assist in the analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement through software solutions.
• Contribute to the documentation of requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
• Participate in testing activities, including functional and user acceptance testing, to ensure product quality.
• Support client implementations and provide post-implementation assistance.
• Engage in problem-solving and provide timely resolution to client queries and issues.
• Develop a strong understanding of our software products and their application in different business contexts.
