We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually driven Associate / Consultant to join our dynamic legal team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong academic background, specifically a Doctorate/PhD, and 2-4 years of relevant experience in the legal field. You will contribute to complex legal matters, conduct in-depth research, and provide strategic advice to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex issues, utilizing academic and practical resources.
Assist in drafting legal opinions, memoranda, pleadings, and other legal documents.
Provide strategic legal advice and support to clients across various industries.
Engage in client consultations and build strong professional relationships.
Stay updated on relevant legal developments, case law, and regulatory changes in India.
Collaborate effectively with senior lawyers and other team members on case strategy and execution.
