Associate Educator - Learning & Development (Hybrid)

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Associate Educator to join our Learning & Development team in Guwahati. This role is crucial in supporting our internal training programs and ensuring effective knowledge transfer for our employees within the NBFC sector. You will work closely with trainers and participants to facilitate a smooth learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and delivery of training materials, presentations, and workshops.

Provide administrative support for training sessions, including scheduling, participant registration, and record-keeping.

Support trainers by organizing resources, setting up training environments (physical and virtual), and managing logistics.

Help in tracking participant progress and providing basic feedback under supervision.

Respond to participant queries related to training content or logistics.

Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through feedback forms and surveys.

Maintain organized training documentation and databases.
