Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Enterprise Risk to join our team in Coimbatore. The Associate will support the Enterprise Risk team in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks across the organization, ensuring compliance and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the identification and documentation of potential risks across various business units, including operational, financial, strategic, and compliance risks.
- Support the assessment of identified risks, including evaluating their potential impact and likelihood.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
- Participate in regular risk review meetings and provide support for reporting on risk status to management.
- Maintain risk registers and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and regulatory changes relevant to risk management in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Support internal audit activities related to risk management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and promote a risk-aware culture.
