Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Unit Manager in planning, organizing, and directing nursing care activities.

Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.

Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.

Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and patient care standards.

Participate in patient care as needed, demonstrating clinical competence.

Manage unit resources, including supplies and equipment, to optimize patient care delivery.
