Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Unit Manager in staffing, scheduling, and performance management of nursing staff.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and institutional policies, leveraging LLB knowledge.
- Review and interpret legal documents, contracts, and policies related to healthcare services and patient rights.
- Participate in the development and implementation of unit-based policies and procedures, with a focus on legal compliance.
- Handle patient grievances and complaints, applying legal principles where necessary.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and risk management activities.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders as required.
