Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Partner to join our Technology practice. The Associate Partner will be responsible for driving business development, leading client engagements, and building strong client relationships within the technology sector in India. This role requires a blend of strong technical acumen, business strategy, and leadership skills to deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex technology transformation programs for clients.
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders at client organizations.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop compelling proposals.
- Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and client outcomes.
- Stay abreast of emerging technology trends and their implications for clients.
- Contribute to the development of Infosys's thought leadership and service offerings in the technology domain.
- Manage project financials and resource allocation effectively.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
