Associate, Private Equity

LogiCorp Capital is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Associate to join our investment team. The Associate will play a key role in all aspects of the investment process, from deal sourcing and due diligence to transaction execution and portfolio company monitoring. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth experience in private equity within the dynamic courier and logistics industry.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and identify investment opportunities in the courier and logistics sector.
• Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, and build complex LBO models.
• Assist in due diligence processes, including financial, commercial, and operational reviews.
• Support transaction execution, including drafting investment committee memos and coordinating with advisors.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and assist with strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, preferably with exposure to the logistics industry.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
