Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Professor with 1-2 years of experience and a B.Sc. degree to join our research and development team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our ongoing projects in agrochemical development and research, focusing on new product formulations and efficacy testing. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and execution of laboratory experiments related to pesticide and fertilizer development.
Conduct preliminary field trials and collect data on crop performance and pest control efficacy.
Perform basic chemical analysis and formulation of agrochemical products under supervision.
Maintain accurate laboratory records and contribute to research reports.
Stay updated with the latest scientific literature and industry trends in agrochemicals.
Collaborate with senior researchers and scientists on ongoing projects.
