Associate Professor

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Associate Professor to join our academic team. The Associate Professor will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, contributing to curriculum development, conducting research, and mentoring students within our E-Learning platform. This role requires a deep understanding of the subject matter and a passion for online education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective online lectures and course content to students across various programs.
• Develop and update course materials, syllabi, assignments, and assessments to ensure relevance and academic rigor.
• Facilitate online discussions, provide constructive feedback, and guide students through their learning journey.
• Conduct academic research and contribute to the scholarly output of the institution.
• Mentor and advise students on academic and career-related matters.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and technology teams to enhance the online learning experience.
• Participate in faculty meetings, departmental activities, and institutional initiatives.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in their field and in online pedagogy.
