Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging curriculum and training modules for different employee levels.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in adult learning and FMCG.
