Role Summary: We are seeking a passionate and emerging Associate Professor with a B.Des degree and 0-1 years of experience to join our esteemed faculty. The ideal candidate will contribute to teaching, research, and academic activities within a specific design discipline. This role is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to begin their academic careers and shape future designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lectures and conduct studio/workshop sessions for undergraduate and/or postgraduate design programs.
- Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessment methods.
- Supervise student projects, theses, and dissertations.
- Participate in departmental and institutional committees and academic activities.
- Contribute to curriculum development and innovative pedagogical approaches.
- Engage in research and creative practice relevant to the field of design.
