Key Responsibilities:
Deliver lectures and conduct tutorials for undergraduate and postgraduate students in relevant BFSI subjects.
Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessment methods.
Engage in academic research and contribute to publications within the BFSI domain.
Mentor and guide students, providing academic and career advice.
Participate in departmental meetings, faculty development programs, and institutional service.
Stay abreast of current trends and developments in the BFSI industry.
