We are seeking a motivated and innovative Associate to join our Research & Development team in Ludhiana. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-3 years of experience who is eager to contribute to groundbreaking projects within the Telecom/ISP sector, even without a formal degree. You will be involved in various stages of product and service development, from ideation to testing and implementation, focusing on novel solutions that enhance our offerings and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, development, and testing of new telecom technologies and services.
Conduct research on emerging trends and technologies in the ISP and telecom industry.
Collaborate with senior researchers and engineers to troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions.
Document research findings, technical specifications, and project progress.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for product and service improvement.
Support the implementation and deployment of new R&D initiatives.
