We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an ATM / Credit Card Associate. This role is crucial for managing and overseeing the seamless operation of ATM and credit card transactions within our hospital network. You will be responsible for ensuring the security, accuracy, and efficiency of all payment processing activities, contributing to a smooth financial experience for our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage ATM operations, including cash replenishment, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
Process and reconcile credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payment gateway standards.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to ATM and credit card transactions.
Collaborate with banking partners and payment processors to ensure smooth transaction flows.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of security protocols for card and ATM operations.
Generate reports on transaction volumes, errors, and operational performance.
Support the finance department in audits and compliance checks related to payment systems.
