Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree to join our team as a Fresher in the ATM / Credit Card domain. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced fintech industry, contributing to the development and management of our digital payment solutions. You will work closely with experienced professionals to understand the intricacies of card operations, risk management, and customer service within the digital payments landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the reconciliation of ATM and credit card transactions.
- Support the processing and verification of new credit card applications.
- Help in identifying and resolving transaction discrepancies and customer queries related to ATM/Credit Card services.
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends and potential issues in card transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of card services.
- Learn and adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines related to card payments.
- Contribute to the development of reports on card performance and customer feedback.
- Participate in user acceptance testing for new features and updates related to ATM and Credit Card services.
