ATM / Credit Card Machine Installation & Maintenance Technician

Role Summary: The ATM / Credit Card Machine Installation & Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and repair of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and credit card processing machines at various project sites and client locations managed by L&T Construction. This role requires a strong understanding of electronic hardware, networking, and basic software configurations, with a focus on ensuring the operational readiness and reliability of these critical financial transaction devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and set up new ATMs and credit card machines according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and diagnostics on existing machines to prevent failures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including network connectivity problems, card reader malfunctions, and printer errors.
• Respond to service calls and emergency repair requests promptly to minimize downtime.
• Replace faulty components and perform necessary repairs on ATMs and credit card terminals.
• Ensure all installations and repairs comply with security protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
• Provide basic user support and guidance on the operation of the machines.
• Collaborate with IT and project teams to ensure seamless integration of financial transaction systems.
