ATM / Credit Card Specialist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and technically adept ATM / Credit Card Specialist with a B.Sc degree and 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management, support, and optimization of ATM and Credit Card systems, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to industry best practices. This role requires a strong understanding of payment technologies and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain ATM and Credit Card processing systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Monitor daily transaction processing, troubleshoot any issues related to ATM/Card transactions, and implement timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Product Development) to implement new features and upgrades for ATM and Credit Card platforms.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., PCI DSS).
- Develop and execute test plans for new software releases and system enhancements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external partners regarding ATM and Credit Card functionalities.
- Analyze system performance data and identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the ATM and Credit Card domain.
