ATM Operations Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ATM Operations Manager to oversee the efficient and secure operation of our Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) across various locations within Goa. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal uptime, manage cash logistics, and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role is crucial for supporting our service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure high ATM availability and performance.
- Manage cash replenishment and balancing activities, coordinating with cash-in-transit vendors.
- Monitor ATM network health, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Oversee maintenance schedules and vendor management for ATM hardware and software.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, security protocols, and fraud prevention measures.
- Manage relationships with banking partners and service providers.
- Analyze ATM transaction data to identify trends, optimize cash levels, and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain operational reports and performance metrics.
- Train and manage on-site operational staff.
