ATM Operations Manager

Role Summary: The ATM Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our automated teller machine (ATM) network. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure the smooth functioning, security, and efficiency of all ATM services, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational excellence within our consumer electronics and appliances business.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all aspects of ATM operations, including installation, maintenance, cash management, and troubleshooting.

Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to optimize ATM performance and minimize downtime.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and security protocols related to ATM operations.

Coordinate with third-party vendors for ATM maintenance, repairs, and software updates.

Monitor ATM network performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

Manage cash replenishment and reconciliation processes to ensure adequate cash availability and prevent fraud.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to ATM services, providing timely and effective resolutions.

Prepare regular reports on ATM performance, operational costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Lead and train a team of ATM technicians and support staff.
