ATM Operations Manager

Role Summary: The ATM Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of all Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) across Bharti Airtel's network. This includes ensuring uptime, managing cash replenishment, handling technical issues, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to provide seamless service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the ATM network, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Develop and implement strategies for cash management, including forecasting, ordering, and reconciliation.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of ATM hardware and software.
• Liaise with third-party vendors for ATM services, including cash-in-transit, maintenance, and technical support.
• Monitor ATM transaction activities and identify any fraudulent or suspicious behavior.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to ATM operations.
• Develop and manage operational budgets for the ATM division.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Train and manage a team of ATM support staff.
