Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ATM Operations Manager to oversee the efficient and reliable functioning of our ATM network. This role will be crucial in ensuring seamless cash dispensing operations, managing vendor relationships, and implementing strategies to optimize ATM uptime and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ATM technology, cash management, and regulatory compliance within the Indian financial landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end operations of the company's ATM network, ensuring high availability and uptime.
2. Develop and implement cash management strategies to ensure adequate cash availability across all ATMs, minimizing stock-outs and overstocking.
3. Oversee and manage relationships with third-party ATM service providers, cash-in-transit companies, and maintenance vendors.
4. Monitor ATM performance, identify operational issues, and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant RBI guidelines, banking regulations, and security protocols related to ATM operations.
6. Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
7. Manage the ATM deployment and decommissioning process as per business requirements.
8. Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation.
9. Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution of ATM-related complaints.
