ATM Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced ATM Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Automated Teller Machine (ATM) network across all public transport hubs. This role will be responsible for ensuring the uptime, security, and efficiency of all ATM devices, managing vendor relationships, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing cash management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial technology and operational management within a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor ATM network performance and availability.
- Manage and coordinate with ATM vendors for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Develop and implement cash management strategies to ensure adequate cash levels and minimize holding costs.
- Oversee security protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Investigate and resolve technical and operational issues promptly.
- Analyze ATM usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Train and mentor junior operations staff.
