ATM Operations Manager (3-4 Yrs) | Delhi

We are seeking an experienced ATM Operations Manager to oversee the efficient and reliable operation of our ATM network in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ATM hardware, software, cash management, and customer service protocols. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high service standards. With 3-4 years of relevant experience and a Diploma, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth ATM transactions and maximizing uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily ATM operations, including monitoring transaction processing, network connectivity, and system performance.

Oversee cash replenishment and balancing activities for ATMs, ensuring adequate cash availability and security.

Coordinate with vendors and technical support teams for ATM maintenance, repairs, and software updates.

Respond to and resolve ATM downtime incidents promptly, minimizing customer impact.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, security policies, and operational procedures.

Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

Maintain accurate records of ATM performance, cash levels, and service requests.
