ATM Operations Manager - 3-5 Yrs Experience

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and diligent ATM Operations Manager to oversee the efficient and secure functioning of ATM networks. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma and 3-5 years of experience in ATM operations, cash management, and technical troubleshooting. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day ATM operations, including monitoring network performance and uptime.
- Oversee cash replenishment and reconciliation processes to ensure adequate cash availability and minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with service providers and vendors for ATM maintenance, repairs, and installations.
- Implement and enforce security protocols to prevent fraud and ensure the physical security of ATMs.
- Respond to and resolve ATM operational issues and customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Prepare regular reports on ATM performance, cash levels, and operational incidents.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations and company policies.
- Train and guide junior operations staff.
