We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented ATM Operations Manager with a B.Des degree and 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Guwahati. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all ATM-related activities within our live entertainment events. The ideal candidate will bring a creative problem-solving approach and a strong understanding of operational logistics to enhance the attendee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end operational management of ATM kiosks at various live events, ensuring optimal functionality and uptime.
• Collaborate with event production teams to strategically plan ATM placement and accessibility for maximum convenience to attendees.
• Manage cash replenishment, reconciliation, and security protocols for all ATM transactions, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with banking partners and service providers to troubleshoot technical issues, schedule maintenance, and ensure prompt resolution of any operational disruptions.
• Analyze ATM usage data and generate reports to identify trends, optimize cash flow, and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions, drawing from B.Des principles, to enhance the user experience and aesthetic presentation of ATM service points.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations at event sites related to ATM operations.
• Train and manage on-site support staff for ATM operations during events.
