ATM Operations Manager - Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity Sector

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ATM Operations Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and a keen understanding of financial operations within the investment banking or related sectors. You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective functioning of our ATM network, ensuring optimal service delivery and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the daily operations of the ATM network, including cash replenishment, transaction processing, and system monitoring.
- Investigate and resolve ATM-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and customer inconvenience.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors for ATM maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal policies related to ATM operations.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Manage inventory of ATM consumables and facilitate timely procurement.
- Assist in the planning and execution of new ATM deployments and network expansions.
