Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented ATM Operations Manager with 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our ATM operations, supporting our diverse client base. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial operations and possess an M.Com degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily ATM transactions and identify any discrepancies or irregularities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for ATM maintenance and servicing.
- Manage cash replenishment schedules and ensure adequate cash levels in ATMs.
- Handle customer queries and complaints related to ATM operations, providing timely resolutions.
- Assist in the preparation of operational reports, including performance metrics and financial summaries.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Support in identifying opportunities for process improvement within ATM operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all ATM-related activities and transactions.
