Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to join our Audit & Control team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the execution of internal audit plans, identifying control weaknesses, and recommending improvements to strengthen our operational and compliance frameworks. This role is crucial in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of internal audit engagements across various business units.
- Review and assess the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.
- Identify control deficiencies, risks, and non-compliance with policies and procedures.
- Document audit findings, observations, and recommendations clearly and concisely.
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
- Follow up on the implementation of corrective actions and remediation plans.
- Stay updated on relevant industry regulations, best practices, and emerging risks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and provide control guidance.
- Support external audits and regulatory reviews as required.
