Audit & Control - Other

Role Summary: The Audit & Control - Other role within TCS's Electronic Components / Semiconductors division will be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying risks, assessing control effectiveness, and recommending improvements to strengthen the control environment. The individual will work closely with various business units to embed a strong control culture and support the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits and control assessments across various business processes within the Electronic Components / Semiconductors domain.
- Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls related to financial reporting, operational efficiency, and compliance.
- Identify control deficiencies, assess their impact, and develop practical recommendations for remediation.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, management letters, and presentations for senior management.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on corrective actions.
- Stay abreast of emerging risks, regulatory changes, and industry trends relevant to the semiconductor and electronics sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Operations, and Legal, to address control-related matters.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of internal control frameworks and policies.
- Participate in special investigations and ad-hoc projects as required.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and professional audit practices.
