Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Audit & Control professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the internal audit function, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and identifying areas for operational improvement within our industrial automation business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of internal audit assignments across various business units, focusing on financial, operational, and compliance audits.
- Review and evaluate internal controls to ensure their effectiveness and identify control weaknesses.
- Perform testing of controls and document audit findings and recommendations.
- Support the preparation of audit reports for management, highlighting key risks and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with business process owners to understand their operations and to implement audit recommendations.
- Stay updated with relevant regulations, industry best practices, and internal policies.
- Assist in special investigations and ad-hoc audit projects as required.
