Audit & Control - Other - Full-Time Role

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Audit & Control professional to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices within our packaging operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical quality systems and a keen eye for identifying and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits and control checks on manufacturing processes, quality systems, and documentation to ensure adherence to GMP, ISO, and other relevant standards.
- Review and analyze audit findings, identifying areas of non-compliance and recommending corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Assist in the development and implementation of audit plans and control procedures.
- Monitor the implementation of CAPAs and ensure their effectiveness.
- Participate in regulatory inspections and external audits.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Production, and Supply Chain, to address audit-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest regulatory requirements and industry trends in pharmaceutical packaging.
