Audit & Control - Other - Industrial Equipment / Machinery (3-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Audit & Control professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our Industrial Equipment division in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing internal audits, assessing control environments, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements within the manufacturing and supply chain processes of industrial machinery. This role requires strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of internal control frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits of business processes, financial records, and operational controls within the Industrial Equipment division.

Evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of internal controls, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.

Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and action plans, and present them to management.

Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and ensure timely closure of identified issues.

Assist in risk assessments and the development of the annual audit plan.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.

Collaborate with various departments to understand business operations and control requirements.
